Oystershell is an excellent source of calcium which is soluble and is digested by the bird, enabling it to form strong egg-shells. A constant supply of Oystershell prevents the bird producing soft or poor quality egg shells. It's slow solubility provides a steady calcium level, resulting in less bone breakage, improved feed conversion and healthier birds.
